A complete booking system built for tattoo artists and body mods: 1. Client fills a form 2. You propose terms 3. Negotiate each term until both agree
Create as many sessions as needed - Once confirmed, you can see each session in your calendar - Booking Cards are accessible from the conversation with your client

For Piercers, Permanent Makeup Artists, and Laser Removal Practitioners:
- Create Custom Services with a set duration, price and optional deposit - Clients pick a service and book directly in your calendar!

Your Calendar shows pending and confirmed sessions, as well as your guest spots.

Tap a date to open the timeline view and see your day at a glance.

The Requests tab tracks your bookings through their lifecycle: Broadcast → Pending → Confirmed → Review. The icons on each card show which terms still need action.

Propose terms for each session — date, time, duration, location, price, deposit. Your client can accept or reject each one until everything is agreed.

Each session is accessible from the conversation with your client, so you can discuss the details while managing the booking.

Once a session has ended, mark it as completed and set the final price for your accounting.

After completion, your client can leave a review. The rating is public, but you choose whether to display the comment on your profile.

Your Stats page helps you understand your business — activity, clients, revenue, locations, and forecasts.

All your accounting is automatically generated from your bookings. You can export it as a PDF.

Guest Spots

Users can invite artists to guest in their region: Know where there is demand before you go!
A simple form to request a guest spot: 1. Choose from the studio's proposed arrangements (% cut, rent...) 2. Find an available period in the Studio's calendar 3. Sign their Rules & Policy
Once the studio accepts your request: - Guest spot appears automatically on both sides (Artist and Studio) No post needed! - Subscribed clients get notified! - Clients in the region are notified too!

Pick your arrangement — daily rate, weekly rate, or commission. The studio sets the options, you choose what works best.

Find an available period in the studio's calendar and select your dates.

As a studio, manage all your guest requests from one place. Pending requests show up in yellow on your calendar.

Review each request — check their work, see the arrangement they chose, read their cover letter. Then accept or reject.

Once accepted, the guest spot appears on both the artist's and studio's profile, easily accessible by clients.
