Your feed tools — Reorder, Archive, Collabs, and Moderation

• Reorder

  Reorder lets you drag your posts into whatever order you want. It works on the feed you're currently looking at — so on a tattoo artist's profile, reordering while you're on the Tattoos sub-tab arranges your Tattoos; switch to Flash or Lifestyle and you arrange each of those separately.

  When you tap Reorder, the button row changes to Cancel and Save. Drag your posts into place, then tap Save to keep the new order — it stays dimmed until you've actually moved something — or Cancel to back out without changing anything. The order you save is the order visitors see.

• Archive

  Archive opens the posts you've taken off your profile. Unlike Reorder, your archive is one shared place — it isn't tied to a single feed. From there you can bring a post back or delete it for good. Full details in Archiving and restoring posts.

• Collabs

  Collabs opens your Collabs page, where you handle being tagged in other people's posts — accepting or turning down a tag, and optionally reposting the work onto your own profile as a public vouch. A number badge on the button means you have pending tags or new reposts waiting. Collectors and practitioners get this button. The full picture is in Tagging and reposting (Collabs).

• Moderation

  Moderation opens the community moderation area. If you're an eligible community moderator, this is where posts and reports waiting on your review appear, and a number badge tells you how many. Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see all four buttons?

The Collabs button is for collectors and practitioners, so a studio account may not see it. Reorder and Archive are always there on your own profile, and Moderation is always present but only fills up with work if you're a community moderator.

Does reordering change every feed at once?

No. Reorder works on the feed you're viewing. If you have separate feeds (like Tattoos, Flash, and Lifestyle), you arrange each one on its own.

Can other people see these buttons on my profile?

No — the tools row only appears to you, on your own profile. Visitors just see your posts in the order you've set.
