Unlocking Stats
Where to find Stats in the app, which premium module unlocks it for practitioners and for studios, and how to subscribe.
Stats is a premium feature on both the practitioner side and the studio side. The module you need depends on which side you're on.
Practitioners — the Stats Dashboard module
On a practitioner account, Stats lives on the Bookings page in its own tab. The tab is visible to everyone, but the charts inside are locked until you subscribe to the Stats Dashboard module.

- Prerequisite: the Booking module — Stats doesn't make sense without a working booking system feeding it.
The module also comes bundled in two practitioner subscription packs at a discount: the Practitioner Essentials pack and the Full Toolkit pack. If you already have one of those, Stats is included — no separate subscription needed.
Studios — the Studio Analytics module
On a studio account, Stats lives on the Studio Dashboard in its own tab. The tab is visible to everyone, but the charts inside are locked until you subscribe to the Studio Analytics module.

The module also comes bundled in two studio subscription packs: Studio Discovery and the Studio Full Toolkit. If you already have one of those, Studio Analytics is included.
Where to subscribe
On either side, go to Settings → Upgrade Account. The page lists every available module and pack with its price; tap Subscribe on the row you want, complete the Stripe payment, and the Stats tab on your Bookings page (or Studio Dashboard) unlocks immediately.

Frequently asked questions
- I have a Stats Dashboard subscription but I don't see any charts. What's going on?
Most likely you don't have completed bookings in the selected period yet. Stats only displays once there's data to display. Check the period selector is set to a window that includes work you've actually done.
- Can I subscribe to Stats Dashboard without the Booking module?
No. Stats reads from your bookings, so the Booking module is required first. The Upgrade Account screen surfaces this when you try.
- Does the studio Studio Analytics subscription give the studio's residents access to their personal Stats?
No. The Studio Analytics module unlocks Studio Stats (the studio-wide tab) for the studio owner. Each resident or guest still needs their own personal Stats Dashboard subscription to see their own numbers on their own Bookings page.
- I'm a studio that's not a tattoo studio. Will Studio Analytics work for me?
Yes. The Overview, Team, Operations and Revenue tabs all work for every studio type — piercing shops, laser studios, body-modification studios and permanent-makeup studios included. Your sessions, completion rates, busiest days, cancellations and revenue are tracked the same way they are for a tattoo studio. The one thing that's tattoo-only is guest-artist data: hosting visiting guest artists is a tattoo-studio feature, so the Guests tab is empty for other studio types, the "Guest Fee Income" figure stays at zero, and the resident-vs-guest split on the Team tab shows everything as your own team. Everything else is fully available.
