Bookmarks
Save posts to your profile, browse them by category, group them into public or private folders, and send them in Messages.
Bookmarks are how you save posts you want to come back to — a design you like, a piercing placement, a studio's work. They collect in the Bookmarks tab on your profile, where you can browse them two ways: by category, or in folders you create yourself. Anyone can bookmark, whatever your account type.
Step by step

Save a post
Tap the bookmark icon on any post. It's added to your Bookmarks tab right away. Tap it again to unsave.

Browse and filter
Open the Bookmarks tab on your profile, then use the Categories / Folders switch at the top.
In Categories you get a row of types across the top — tattoos, piercings, permanent makeup, body mod, laser, studios, lifestyle, and collectors — or All to see everything. Below that, the same filter chips the main feed uses help you narrow further, including Near Me to keep only saved posts at a nearby studio or city.

Group saved posts into folders
Folders are your own collections — "ideas for my sleeve", "studios to visit", whatever you like. Long-press the bookmark icon on any post (or any tile in your Categories grid) to open a picker: tick the folders you want the post in, or tap + New folder to make one on the spot. A post can live in several folders, and adding a post to a folder saves it automatically.

Keep folders private or public
Your Categories list is always private — it's your personal staging area, and no one else can ever see it. Folders are private by default too, but each folder has its own Public / Private switch. Make a folder public and it shows on your profile for visitors; everything else stays private. Tap the ··· on a folder to rename it, reorder, switch Public/Private, or delete it. Deleting a folder never deletes your saved posts.

Send saved posts in Messages
In any conversation, the + share menu has a My Bookmarks option, so you can pick saved posts (from a folder or all saved) and send them — handy for showing a practitioner "this one, like this" before you book. See Sharing content and @mentions.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I bookmark a person or a studio?
No — bookmarks are for posts. To keep track of a person or shop, follow them instead.
- Who can see my bookmarks?
Your full saved list (Categories) is always private. Only the folders you mark Public appear on your profile to other people.
