The header is the block at the top of every profile, above the tabs. It's the first thing anyone sees of you — your photo, your name, your bio, and the buttons people use to follow you or get in touch. There's no cover photo; the header is the photo plus the details below it.

  • Your photo

On your own profile, tap your photo to change it. You can crop the new image to fit the circle, or remove it to go back to the default. The photo is the same one that represents you in feeds, messages, and search.

  • Your name and switching accounts

Your username shows under your photo. If you have more than one account, tap your name — the small arrow next to it opens the account switcher, where you can jump between your accounts, sign into another, or create a new one. To change the name or bio text itself, open Profile Settings.

  • Your bio

Your bio comes from the General Information card in your Info Cards. Fill that in and it shows here. Until you do, the header falls back to the short bio you may have entered elsewhere. Practitioners can also list the languages they speak in General Information, and those show in the header too.

  • Followers and following

Three counts sit in the header: Posts, Followers, and Following. Tap Followers or Following to open the full list of accounts.

  • Following someone

On another person's profile, tap Follow to follow them. If you follow a collector who has set their profile to private, your tap sends a request instead — the button reads Requested until they approve it, and they get a notification either way. Tap again to unfollow or cancel a pending request.

  • Where you work

If you're an independent practitioner, your header shows a location row. How much of your address appears depends on the privacy level you chose — see Independent location privacy levels. When your exact address is shown, the row gives buttons to copy it or open directions. Studios always show the shop's full address with the same copy and directions buttons.

  • The buttons people use to reach you

On your own profile, the header shows Messages and, for practitioners, Bookings (or Dashboard for studios) — your way into those areas. When someone else views a practitioner, they instead see Message and Book Now. Booking is handled entirely in the Bookings area.

  • The Share button

Tap Share on your own header to send your profile to someone — through a chat in the app or out to any other app. It shares the same public link covered in Your public web page.
