Your studio's Info Cards
The Info Cards a studio account has — General Information, Contact, Location & Hours, and Chain Studios — plus where studio reviews live.
A studio account has its own set of Info Cards about the shop, rather than about an individual practitioner. They live on the Info tab of your studio profile, and they're public — they're how clients and prospective team members learn about your shop. Tap a card, then Edit to fill it in. Each one reaches 100% as soon as you save it.
General Information
A short description of the shop and when it was established. The description introduces your studio to anyone visiting your profile.
Contact
The shop's phone, email, website, and social links, plus a preferred way for people to reach you. As with practitioner accounts, you enter social handles rather than full links, and InkMap messaging is available by default.
Location & Hours
Your shop's opening hours, any periods you're closed, and practical details like parking and accessibility. Your shop's street address was set when you created the account, so this card is about when you're open and how to get to you, not the address itself.
Chain Studios
If your shop is one of several locations, switch on part of a chain, give the chain a name, and add your other studios — each with its name, address, and whether it's the main location. Leave it off if you're a single shop.
Studio reviews
Reviews left for your shop appear on a Studio Reviews card. You don't fill this one in — it collects the reviews clients leave after bookings with your team. How reviews are left and managed is covered in Leaving and managing reviews.
Frequently asked questions
- Do studio cards gate bookings like practitioner cards do?
No. Clients book your team's practitioners, not the studio account, so a studio's cards aren't a booking prerequisite. They're about presenting the shop. The booking prerequisites live on each practitioner's own cards.
- Where do I change the shop's address?
The shop address is part of your account details, set when the studio was created, not on the Location & Hours card. That card covers your opening hours, parking, and accessibility. Setting up the studio account is covered in Getting started as a studio owner.
