Your studio Accounting tab
What the studio Accounting tab shows - a completed-income ledger by category and team member, with settlement of what's still owed living in Money Settlement.
Your studio Accounting tab is a record of money that's already in — completed income and paid expenses for a period — broken down by category and team member. Anything still being settled lives on the Money Settlement screen, not here. This guide covers what's on the tab.
Step by step
- 1
Read the summary card
The top row is Received / Paid / Net — real money that's actually moved this period. Below it, Total income and Total expenses show everything billed for the period, including amounts still being settled. Between the two sits a tappable "€X income pending settlement →" row: that's completed work whose money hasn't been settled with your team yet, so it isn't counted as Received. Tap it (or the small "i") to jump straight to Money Settlement and record those hand-overs. If your studio works in more than one currency, combined totals use approximate rates — see How InkMap shows amounts in one currency.
- 2
Switch between Income and Expenses
The Income and Expenses tabs each carry a count. Income is your money in; Expenses is your money out.
- 3
Filter income by team and by type
On Income, the Team filter narrows to everyone, just residents, just guests, or one member. The Income Type tabs split it into Commission, Rental, Flat Rate, Training, and Product / Misc. On Expenses, the type tabs are Recurrent and One-time. See Studio cut vs your net for what these income types mean.

Remember what this page is — and isn't
The income list shows money that's actually settled — real money in. Commission, rent, and other fixed payments still being settled don't appear here; they live in Money Settlement until they're done, then land here. The one exception: the moment you record a hand-over on Money Settlement, that booking's income appears here right away — you don't wait for the other side to confirm. If they later dispute it, it drops back off this list automatically. A Money Settlement button at the top (with a count of items needing attention) takes you straight there.

Pick the period and export
Tap the period at the top to change the date range; the download icon exports a report — see Exporting studio reports.
Frequently asked questions
- A completed session isn't showing as settled here. Where do I settle it?
Settlement isn't done on this page — it's all in Money Settlement. This tab only shows money that's settled; the "income pending settlement" row on the summary card tells you how much is still waiting and links you there.
- I recorded a hand-over but the other side hasn't confirmed — is it counted here?
Yes. Recording is enough for it to count as settled income on this tab. It only comes back off if the other side disputes it.
- Why doesn't a team member's commission show up?
If their arrangement isn't set, their bookings are paused until you set it — see Arrangement not set.
