Your Insights
The free analytics screen for practitioners and studios — your followers, profile views, content performance, and (for studios) team, event, and hiring numbers.
Settings → Insights is a free analytics screen for practitioners and studios. It shows how your audience is growing, how often people view your profile, and how your posts are performing. Collector accounts don't have Insights — opening it shows a note suggesting a professional account instead.
Insights is separate from the premium Stats dashboards, which dig into your bookings and revenue. Insights is about your audience and your posts.
Audience
Your follower picture: total followers, how many are new in the chosen period, a chart of daily new followers, and a breakdown of where your followers are by country.
Views
How often your profile is viewed: total views and unique viewers for the period, views today, and a daily chart of profile visits.
Content
How your posts are doing: an engagement rate based on your recent posts, your total post count, average engagement broken down by post type, and your top posts. You can sort the top posts by likes, comments, saves, or total engagement. For the per-post numbers on a single post, see Post insights.
Studio (studios only)
Studio accounts get an extra tab: your number of residents (and guest artists, for tattoo studios), event attendance across your events, and how many applications your job offers have drawn.
Choosing the period
The Audience, Views, and Studio tabs let you pick the date range you're looking at. It works the same way as the date picker elsewhere in the app — see The stats period selector. The Content tab isn't tied to a period; it reflects your recent posts.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Insights part of a premium plan?
No. Insights is free for practitioner and studio accounts. The deeper booking and revenue dashboards are the separate premium Stats feature.
- I'm a collector. Can I get Insights?
Insights is built around the audience and content a practitioner or studio has, so collector accounts don't have it.
