Your profile tabs
The tabs across the top of your profile differ by account type. What each one holds, and which tabs only you can see.
Your profile is your page on InkMap. A row of tabs sits below your header, and tapping one swaps what's shown underneath. The set of tabs you get depends on your account type, and a few tabs are visible only to you — not to people viewing your profile.
Pick your account type above to see the tabs you have.
Step by step
- 1
Collection
Your Collection is where the posts you publish live — your tattoos, piercings, and other body-art posts. It's the first tab people land on when they open your profile.
- 2
Bookmarks
Bookmarks holds posts you've saved from around the app. The tab is visible to everyone, but visitors only ever see the folders you've marked Public — your full saved list stays private. See Bookmarks for how that works.
- 3
Events
Events shows the events you've joined. By default this tab is hidden, so showing which events you're going to is a deliberate choice. Turn it on in Settings → Privacy and Visibility → Events Tab to make it visible to visitors, and you can hide an individual event from its event card at any time. The full picture of joining and managing events lives in the Events section.
- 4
Jobs
Jobs is where you track the job applications you've sent. Like Events, this one is only visible to you. Applying for jobs is covered in the Job Offers section.
Frequently asked questions
- Why do I see more tabs on my own profile than other people do?
Some tabs are yours to manage, not yours to show. The Jobs tab (your applications) and the Meetings sub-tab are always private — only you see them. Your Events tab is hidden by default too — turn it on in Settings → Privacy and Visibility if you want visitors to see which events you're part of. The Bookmarks tab is visible to everyone, but visitors only see the folders you've marked Public — your full saved list stays private either way.
