Blocking someone
Block a person from a chat so they can't message you or see your profile, what blocking does in both directions, and why an existing booking keeps running.
If you don't want to hear from someone, you can block them from inside the conversation.
Step by step

Block from the chat
Open the conversation, tap the three-dots menu in the header, and choose Block. Confirm, and you're done.

Know what blocking does
Blocking works in both directions. The other person can't message you, react to your messages, see your profile, or see your posts — and you won't see theirs either. They also stop showing up in your message search.

Existing bookings keep running
Blocking someone does not cancel a booking you already have with them, and it doesn't touch any payments on it. If you want the booking gone, cancel it the normal way.

Unblock later
To unblock someone, go to Settings → Blocked Users.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I block someone I work with at the same studio?
No. Teammates can't be blocked — sort the conflict out through team management instead.
- Does blocking cancel a booking we have?
No. Existing bookings and their payments carry on. Cancel the booking the normal way if you want to end it.
- How do I unblock someone?
Open Settings → Blocked Users and remove them from the list.
