You can export your accounting as a PDF to keep, print, or hand to an accountant. This guide covers the export options.
Step by step
- 1
Open the export
Tap the download icon at the top of your Accounting tab. The report covers whatever period is selected on the tab, so set the period first.
- 2
Choose what to include
Four toggles control the detail:
- Income Details — a line for every completed session.
- Expense Details — a line for every expense.
- Category Breakdown — your expenses grouped by category.
- Client Names — adds client names to the income details.
- 3
Generate the PDF
Tap Generate PDF and share or save it. The file carries a disclaimer that it's for organising your finances, not an official accounting document — consult an accountant for tax filings.
Frequently asked questions
