Removing a team member
How to remove an artist from your studio, what happens to their bookings and arrangement, and where former members go.
When an artist leaves, you remove them from the Members sub-tab. Removing someone unlinks them from your studio but does not cancel their bookings.
Step by step

Open the member's card
On the Members sub-tab, find the artist and tap Remove on their card.

Confirm
A prompt explains what will happen. If the artist still has upcoming confirmed bookings at your studio, it tells you how many — those sessions stay on your calendar and their location stays unchanged. Confirm to remove them.

Find them later under Former Members
Removed artists move into a Former Members list at the bottom of the Members sub-tab, marked with the date they left. Their arrangement history is kept there too.
What removing actually does
- Unlinks the artist from your studio, so they no longer show as a resident.
- Closes their arrangement and frees the booking license they were using.
- Removes their work-station assignments at your studio.
- Cancels any invitation that was still pending for them.
- Notifies the artist.
It does not cancel their bookings or move them off your calendar — existing sessions at your studio stay put.
Frequently asked questions
- Will removing an artist cancel the clients they have booked?
No. Their confirmed bookings stay on your calendar with their location unchanged. Removal is about your roster, not their existing appointments.
- Can I bring someone back after removing them?
Invite them again like any other artist — see Building your studio team. Their past arrangement history stays available under Former Members.
