The Activity tab
What the Activity tab shows — your total bookings, completed sessions or appointments, the bar chart that breaks them down, your completion rate, and (time-based) your busiest days of the week.
Activity is the tab you land on first, and it answers the simplest question: how much work did you actually get through in the period you're viewing? Everything on it is about volume — how many bookings, how many you finished, and when they happened.
The numbers at the top
Two headline figures sum up the period:
- Total Bookings — every booking that falls in the period and isn't still being negotiated. This includes confirmed work whose date hasn't arrived yet.
- Completed (or Completed Sessions for tattoo and body-mod work) — only the work you've actually marked complete. This is always the same as or smaller than Total Bookings.
The difference between the two is everything that hasn't finished yet: future bookings still to come, plus anything past its date that you haven't marked done or dropped.
Sessions by Period
This is the heart of the tab — a chart of how much work landed over time, so you can see your busy and quiet stretches at a glance. Each bar is split by colour: green is the work you completed, and yellow is work whose date has passed but that you never marked done or dropped. Bookings still in the future aren't here yet — they appear only once their date has passed. The totals for each colour are shown above the chart.
Completion Rate
Of the work that was actually due to happen, how much did you finish? This circle chart splits past-due sessions into completed, still-awaiting-action (the date passed but nothing was marked), and dropped, with the headline percentage beside it. Work still in the future isn't counted — only sessions that have had their chance to happen.
Busiest Days
Which days of the week your appointments tend to land on — handy for deciding whether to open more days or close a quiet one. This chart is for time-based practitioners (piercers, laser, PMU); tattoo and other project-based work doesn't show it, since those sessions are scheduled one-by-one around each client rather than by day-of-week habit.
Frequently asked questions
- Why doesn't "Completed" match the count on my Review tab?
The Stats number only covers the period you're viewing; the Review tab shows everything ever. Set the year and month to "All" to compare the same span.
- A session is well past its date but isn't counting as completed. Why?
It's sitting in "awaiting action". Until you tap Mark Complete or Drop on it, it counts as neither done nor dropped — just unresolved.
