Audience Insights
The Settings → Insights screen — follower trends, where your followers are, profile views over time, how your content performs, and (for studios) team, event, and job-application activity.
Insights shows you how your profile is doing — your audience, your reach, and your content — separately from your booking numbers. Open it from Settings → Insights. It's for practitioner and studio accounts; collector accounts don't have it.
Across the top is a row of tabs, and above most of them a date range button lets you pick the window the numbers cover. The numbers fill in over time, so a new account will look quiet until people start following you and viewing your work.
Audience
Your followers. At the top, your total followers and how many are new in the selected range. Below that, a chart of new followers day by day, and a Followers by Country breakdown so you can see where your audience is in the world. The country list has a link to open the full list when there are more than a handful.
Views
How many people looked at your profile. The headline is total profile views for the selected range, plus a today figure, and a chart of daily profile visits so you can see which days drew people in.
Content
How your posts are performing. This tab shows your overall engagement rate and your total posts, a Performance by Post Type chart comparing average engagement across the kinds of posts you make, and a Top Posts list. You can sort Top Posts by total engagement, likes, comments, or saves. This tab looks at your posts as a whole rather than a date range, so it doesn't use the date button.
Studio activity
Studio accounts only. An extra Studio tab covers the shop rather than a single profile: how many residents and guest artists you have, event attendance for events you've hosted, and job application activity for offers you've posted.
Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from the Stats on my Bookings page?
Stats is about your bookings — sessions, money, clients. Insights is about your profile and audience — followers, profile views, post performance. See Where your numbers live for the full picture.
- I want the numbers for one specific post, not my whole profile.
That's a separate page. Open the post and tap the bar chart icon under it — see Post Insights.
- My Insights are mostly empty. Did I do something wrong?
No. The numbers count from when people follow you, view your profile, and engage with your posts. A newer account or a quiet period simply has less to show until that activity builds up.
