Premium tools for studios
Every premium tool a studio can turn on — Team Bookings with booking licenses, Guest Management, Events & Job Board, Studio Analytics, and Studio Accounting — what each unlocks, what it costs, how booking seats work, and the two bundles.
A studio account can turn on the tools it needs to run the shop and its team. Each has a monthly price, with a cheaper annual option, and you can buy them one at a time or as a bundle. The social side of InkMap — your studio profile, gallery, the map, messaging — stays free. For the free-trial and bundle basics, see How InkMap Premium works.
You buy and manage all of these on the web at inkmap.app — see Managing your subscription. This article is about what each tool does.
Team Bookings — €42/month (includes 2 booking licenses)
Team Bookings is the studio calendar and the seats that let your team take bookings:
- A calendar view of every team member's bookings in one place.
- Workstation conflict detection and walk-in availability indicators.
- Assigning practitioners to specific workstations and days.
- Booking licenses for your team — the plan includes 2, and you can add more.
A booking license is the right for one team member to use the Booking System through your studio instead of buying it themselves. How the pool is sized, how you hand licenses out, and what happens when someone already pays for their own Booking module is a topic on its own — see How studio booking licenses and BYOL work.
Extra licenses beyond the included 2 are billed per seat at a graduated rate: €12/month each for seats 3 to 5, €10/month each for seats 6 to 10, and €7/month each for seat 11 and up. The total adjusts automatically as you add or remove seats.
Guest Management — €25/month
Guest Management lets your studio host guest artists:
- Receive guest spot requests from any artist.
- Set workstation guest priority and how many guests can be in at once.
- Guest-related accounting entries.
Welcoming guest artists is a tattoo-studio feature in this version — see Welcoming guest artists and How guest spots work.
Events & Job Board — €18/month
Events & Job Board is what lets a studio publish to the News area:
- Post events — flash days, openings, conventions, workshops.
- Post job offers and review applications.
- Have your events and jobs appear on map pins and in the News feed.
This is also the tool a convention account uses to publish its events and job offers. The details are in the Events and Job Offers sections.
Studio Analytics — €15/month
Studio Analytics is the studio-wide dashboard: team performance, revenue broken down by member, occupancy and workstation use, guest-spot stats, and cancellation tracking. The Stats section of the help center covers what's on each tab.
Studio Accounting — €22/month
Studio Accounting tracks money across the whole team: revenue, commission and arrangement calculations, settlement (studio-collected vs practitioner-collected), and tax-period exports. The Accounting section covers it in depth.
The two bundles
- Discovery — €69/month: Team Bookings (with its 2 licenses) + Studio Analytics + Studio Accounting. The starter set for a studio that wants the calendar and the numbers.
- Full Studio Suite — €99/month: all five tools, with 5 booking licenses included instead of 2. About 19% less than buying everything separately (which would be €122/month), and it sits just under the €100 mark.
Both bundles include Team Bookings, so both come with booking licenses for your team — Discovery with 2, the Full Studio Suite with 5.
Frequently asked questions
- How many of my artists can take bookings on my plan?
Team Bookings and the Discovery bundle include 2 booking licenses; the Full Studio Suite includes 5. You can add more seats at the graduated per-seat rate above. Artists who already pay for their own Booking module don't use up a seat — see How studio booking licenses and BYOL work.
- I run a convention, not a shop. What do I need?
The tool that matters for a convention is Events & Job Board — it's what lets you publish events and post job offers that appear on the map and in News. See the Events and Job Offers sections.
- Where do I turn these on?
On the web at inkmap.app. Open the Premium screen in the app and tap Manage on the web to land on the billing page already signed in. See Managing your subscription.
