The Team tab

What the Team tab on Studio Stats shows — the resident vs guest split, sessions per practitioner broken down into completed, dropped and scheduled, and the period-by-period breakdown.

Applies toTattoo studios

The Team tab is about who's doing the work. It breaks the studio's sessions down person by person and splits them between your residents and your visiting guests, over the period you're viewing.

  • Resident vs Guest Sessions

At a glance, how much of the studio's work came from your own residents versus visiting guests. Green is residents, orange is guests — a quick read on how reliant the period was on guest artists.

  • Sessions per Practitioner

The core of the tab: every team member who worked in the period, busiest first, so you can see who's carrying the load. Each row shows the person's name (with a Guest badge if they're visiting), a plain count like "12 sessions · 5 done · 2 dropped · 5 scheduled", and a coloured bar splitting those out:

    • Completed (green) — sessions marked done.
    • Dropped (red) — sessions that were dropped.
    • Scheduled (grey) — sessions still open: upcoming ones, plus any past their date that weren't marked done or dropped.

Tap a row to open that person's profile.

  • Resident vs Guest by Period

How your resident-and-guest mix shifts over time, so you can spot whether guests cluster in certain stretches of the year. Each bar is split into two colours — green for residents, orange for guests — so you can read the mix directly. When you turn on compare (lining the current period up against another), the chart switches to a side-by-side view and a small All · Residents · Guests picker appears above it, letting you choose which of the three the two periods are compared on. If the period had no sessions at all, the chart hides itself.

  • Suggestions

If the numbers show a pattern worth a mention — one person doing most of the work, a heavy lean on guests, an unusually low completion rate — a short note appears under the charts in orange. These are gentle hints, not warnings.

Frequently asked questions

I don't see per-practitioner revenue anywhere. Is that on purpose?

Yes. The Team tab shows session volume and completion only — never how much money each practitioner generated. Per-artist revenue lives on each practitioner's own Stats screen and is private to them. The Revenue tab on Studio Stats shows the studio-level total.

A practitioner left the studio mid-period. Are their sessions still counted?

Yes — they're counted for the time they were active. The Team tab is a record of who did the work, not a current roster.

A team member has a big grey "Scheduled" chunk on their bar. What does that mean?

Grey covers everything not yet resolved: genuinely upcoming sessions plus any past-due sessions that haven't been marked complete or dropped. A large grey chunk on past dates is usually an admin-habit thing ("does this artist remember to tap Mark Complete?") rather than no-shows or work quality.
